Kaduna Train Attack: Ango Abdullahi’s son, Sadiq rendered almost unrecognizable after spending 3 months in captivity

 


On July 9th, 2022, seven abductees from the infamous Kaduna-Abuja train attack were released.

Among those said to be released by the terrorists include Ango Abdullahi’s son, Sadiq Ango Abdullahi; a foreign national of Pakistani origin, Dr Muhammad Abuzar Afzal; Bosede Olurotimi, Abubakar Zubairu, Alhassan Sule, Muhammad Daiyabu Paki and Aliyu Usman.


Sadiq, whose father is the Convener of the Northern Elders’ Forum, was kidnapped from the Kaduna train in March 28.

He was almost unrecognisable when he reunited with his family on Saturday, July 9th. Sadiq’s release came after he had spent three months in captivity.

President Donald Trump announced Saturday that he has been tested for coronavirus after coming into recent contact with two individuals who have tested positive for the virus.

During a video address to the nation on the evening of Friday March 13, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky called on the country to ready itself for the worsening novel coronavirus pandemic and the possibility of more cases in Ukraine. A Ukrainian woman, 71, died of COVID-19 on March 13, Ukraine’s health ministry reported. This is the first death from the novel coronavirus that was reported in Ukraine.

Two Nigerian music stars, Wizkid and Yemi Alade has been nominated for the Best International Act (Africa) at the forthcoming BET Awards 2015. This is the second time Wizkid will be nominated for the category after winning it in 2012.

Choi! Who would have thought we would one day see Queen Latifah's boobs - even in a movie? The actress, rapper and former talk-show host showed her breast in her new movie - Bessie - a biopic film about the life of blues legend Bessie Smith. The movie premiered on Saturday night on HBO and MTO got a screen grab of the queen's boobs. They say her acting in the movie was spectacular but I'm sure y'all care more about the boobs.

This has got to be one of the strangest things I've ever seen. It's supposedly a scene from Madina in Ghana. So this person who looks like a man (abi?), has female breast, female butt and a p*nis. And expectedly, they are calling him/her a witch/wizard.

According to the story (which I can't verify), he/she was flying (as an animal) very early in the morning around 5am but became weak and decided to rest. (this is what Ghanaians are saying). Then  fell into a deep sleep only to wake up later naked & surrounded by people who had called the police.

Tuesday night's Amtrak crash in Philadelphia that killed at least five was the latest in a series of deadly incidents on America's passenger trains.

The wreck came on the Northeast Corridor line, a stretch of track that has long been part of the busiest railroad in America but passes through cities that have seen a number of disasters.


The corridor carried a reported 11.6million passengers in the fiscal year 2014. 
But trains that serve major East Coast cities such as Boston, Philadelphia and New York City have also seen an increasing number of fatal crashes in recent years.

5yr old boy kidnapped in Lagos, found in Ogun (no one has claimed him yet)



Abraham Adeyemi, a five-year-old boy pictured above, believed to have been kidnapped in Lagos has been found in Ogun State. Abraham was found loitering in front of the Foursquare Gospel Church, Imedu Nla, Mowe, in Obafemi-Owode Local Government Area in Ogun state on Sunday April 26th and brought to the Nigerian Union of  Journalists secretariat, Iwe Iroyin, Oke Ilewo, Abeokuta by the state police spokesman, Muyiwa Adejobi yesterday April 27th.

Nigeria oil firm overpaid Goodluck Jonathan's government




An audit has found that Nigeria's state oil company overpaid the government $750m (£490m), but also found it had not properly accounted for $1.48bn.
The financial report follows allegations in 2013 by then-central bank chief Lamido Sanusi that the firm had failed to account for about $20bn.
It caused a huge uproar in Nigeria, forcing President Goodluck Jonathan to order an independent audit.
His office released the findings as he prepares to step down in a month.
