General Oladipo Diya, Nigeria's Vice-President under the Sani Abacha regime has said that democratic structures won't let Muhammadu Buhari fight corruption.
Speaking to PostNigeria, Diya said, Buhari and Vice–Presiedent–elect Professor Yemi Osinbajo, need God to be able to tackle corruption in Nigeria without being frustrated.
He stated that Buhari's major problem will be constitutional procedures which are sometimes frustrating must be followed.
